  • Can anyone hire Bluestone for Maintenance?

    Yes! We work for all kinds of property owners: from individual condo owners, to small business owners, to national retailers. We do not have to manage the property to perform maintenance for you, and are always happy to work with new clients.

  • Do you charge travel time?

    Each morning we make every effort to dispatch our technicians in a manner which minimizes their travel time between jobs. You are charged from the time spent driving from the technician’s last location to your job site and for the time spent purchasing materials.

  • Do you always charge for time & materials?

    No.  Free bids are available for projects over $1,000.

  • How do I get a bid?

    Tell us about your project by completing a Maintenance bid request for and an estimator will get in touch with you the following business day.

  • I have an emergency! Do you work on weekends?

    Yes! We can respond to repairs on the weekends and after hours. We have a maintenance technician on call 24/7. Often we try to mitigate the problem for the weekend and complete the full repairs during regular hours. For emergencies, please call our office at 503-222-3800 and follow the on-call prompts

  • How soon can I get an appointment?

    Our schedule varies everyday, depending on the needs of our clients. Often we can provide same day service if needed, or we can discuss a time that works for you. Tasks are usually completed within the same week.

  • Are you a licensed and bonded contractor?

    Yes, we are licensed in Washington and Oregon. Our technicians are tested and undergo both a criminal background check and drug screening prior to being hired.

  • Do you work on appliances?

    Because of the many models of appliances, and their new digital components, we do not generally repair most appliances. However, we do provide some common, more basic appliance servicing such as installing a new range hood. Please call 503-222-3800 for more information.

  • Do you work on HVAC?

    HVAC is best left to the experts. We suggest hiring a contractor that specializes in commercial heating, ventilation and cooling.
